July 15, 2026 - The TDSC® (Terror and Disaster Surgical Care) course provides physicians with practical knowledge for providing medical care in terrorist attacks and mass casualty incidents. On August 22 and 23, 2026, participants will train at the Institute for Public Health in Acute Medicine (IPHAM) at UMMD, using realistic case simulations to practice surgical, organizational, and tactical-strategic decision-making processes for highly dynamic emergency situations.
